Kokasa designs and builds the electro-mechanical and electrohydraulic subsystems that translate electronic commands into precise physical motion — across four tiers, from foundational modules that sit inside other engineers' systems to integrated motion subsystems we ship as complete units, and finally to AI-led smart systems where physical engineering meets physical AI. Each tier reuses the IP of the one below it.

The foundational parts that go inside other engineers' systems — switches, sensors, valves, and motors built to MIL-STD reliability.

MIL-grade pressure sensing for engine and hydraulic systems.
A compact piezoresistive pressure transducer designed for aerospace and defence platforms. The stainless-steel diaphragm and oil-filled sensing cavity deliver vibration-tolerant, high-cycle measurement of engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic line pressures. Routed through a MIL-DTL-38999 circular connector for harsh-environment integration. Designed and qualified by Kokasa as a drop-in replacement for foreign-import transducers across fighter engines, helicopter transmissions, and armoured vehicle hydraulics.
Functional assemblies — actuators, sensor packages, and power units — designed once, deployed across sectors.

The pressure amplifier that lets electronic signals drive heavy hydraulic loads.
An EHB takes a small mechanical or electronic command and amplifies it into the hydraulic pressure needed to move flight-critical control surfaces, fuel valves, and engine actuators. It's one of the highest-import components in Indian aviation today. Kokasa's EHB programme is in active development for a fighter-engine indigenisation pipeline — a single product with a multi-decade demand profile.
Complete subsystems Kokasa ships as line-replaceable units — Flight Control Actuation, Turret Stabilisation, Thrust Vector Control, and full engine-subsystem stacks.

Integrated motion system for India's frontline main battle tank.
The T-90's turret stabilization system keeps the main gun on target while the hull manoeuvres at speed. Its full electromechanical stack — slewing bearing, dual-axis gyroscope cluster, azimuth and elevation actuators, hydraulic recoil dampers, and gun cradle — is being indigenised by Kokasa as a single integrated motion subsystem. Engineered once, qualified once, deployable to T-90, T-72, and future Indian armour platforms.

Triggered by real-world wear patterns · fleet-wide telemetry
On-edge decision-making · closed-loop adaptive response
Actuator-aware intelligence · cross-subsystem coordination
Where physical engineering meets physical AI.
When Kokasa designs both the actuators and the integrated subsystem, we can layer intelligence on top — built-in health monitoring that predicts subsystem failures, predictive maintenance triggered by real-world wear patterns, and autonomous decision-making at the subsystem level. This is where physical engineering meets physical AI.
